  • Age-uke / Gyaku-zuki (in place)

Free-style:
  • Go-no-sen Amashi-waza (slide back)
  • Kizami-zuki ~ Kizami Mae-geri
  • Gyaku-zuki ~ Mawashi-geri


Kumite:
  • Kizami-zuki ~ Kizami Mae-geri vs. Go-no-sen Amashi-waza (slide back)
  • Gyaku-zuki ~ Mawashi-geri vs. Go-no-sen Amashi-waza (slide back)
